When you visit our homepage, logs are automatically saved on our web server. This is a technical necessity because your Internet browser must communicate with the relevant web server and transmit data in order to retrieve each page.

We store this data temporarily to guarantee the technical security of the website. After a maximum of seven days, the data is anonymized by truncating the IP address and also processed for statistical purposes, without any references to the individual user. We do not merge this data or any excerpts of it with other databases or share it with third parties. We reserve the right to review this data at a later date if there are definite indications of illegal use.
Collection of other data
When you contact us by email, we collect, process and use your personal data solely for the purpose of handling your query. Your data is visible to the employees and managers involved but it is not shared with third parties outside the ARTUS GROUP.
Right of access, erasure, blocking
If you would like access to the personal data being stored, please contact us via the address provided in the legal notice. You have the right to obtain information, free of charge, about your data, its source and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing at all times. This is accompanied by a right to the rectification, blocking or erasure of this data.
Objection to marketing emails
We publish contact details as part of our duty to provide a legal notice, as well as on our company’s contact pages. The use of these details to send marketing and information materials that we have not expressly requested is hereby prohibited. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the sending of marketing materials, e.g. in spam emails.
