For those at the start of their careers who enter our trainee program, ARTUS provides the opportunity to get to know a variety of Group companies and divisions in practice. Besides individual training, experienced employees also benefit from our tailor-made management training. However, when we talk about extensive career development, even the years between training and management roles are interesting. For selected, interested employees, we have developed a special extra scheme together with the ARTUS Talent Program (ATP).
To begin with, the ATP involves an analysis of the potential and identification of the location of each of the candidates. A variety of training sessions on professional and social skills are held over a period of 24 months. Participants are assigned a personal mentor from the management and executive level who, working together with them in a neutral hierarchy, develops possible strategies for achieving working goals and realistic short-term and long-term career goals. This can result in both a career as an all-rounder in management as well as development into an expert with a specialty that is relevant to the entire Group - or a combination of the two.
